Low Rock View House is more than just a property, it is an experience of modern living, perfectly positioned on the Malahide coast, Co. Dublin. Sitting proudly on the shoreline with uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, this home offers a rare opportunity to merge architecture, interior design, and nature in one seamless story. Our role was to bring that story to life with a brand and marketing suite that would not only do justice to the home’s remarkable setting but also captivate prospective buyers with a sense of place, lifestyle, and possibility.
At the centre of our work was the creation of a striking, architecturally inspired brand identity. We wanted the brand to reflect the home’s contemporary design. Clean, confident, and timeless, while also nodding to the surrounding landscape. Typography was chosen to be elegant yet minimal, balancing refinement with modernity, while the colour palette drew directly from the build and its surroundings. Every element was carefully considered to convey exclusivity and understated luxury.
To showcase the property itself, we designed a 12-page coffee table brochure that would feel as distinctive as the property. The brochure was not just a catalogue of images and specifications—it was an immersive storytelling piece. Large, full-bleed photography captured the drama of the sea views, while carefully composed interior shots revealed the flow of light through the home. Thoughtful copywriting highlighted both the craftsmanship of the build and the lifestyle of its location: morning swims, walks along the coast, evenings in the vibrant Malahide village. The result was a tactile, elegant brochure that invited potential buyers to linger, explore, and imagine themselves in the space.
Alongside the brochure, we developed a suite of sleek advertising for The Irish Times. These print pieces were designed to stand out in a crowded marketplace. With bold imagery and refined layouts, the ads combined the credibility of editorial placement with the impact of strong visual branding. Each advert carried the same sense of clarity and confidence as the overall brand, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint of the campaign.
What ties all of these elements together is the blend of design and storytelling. We knew that Low Rock View House was more than bricks and morta, it was about the feeling of waking up to the sound of waves, the elegance of contemporary interiors set against an ancient coastline, and the privilege of living in one of Dublin’s most sought-after seaside towns. By weaving together visuals, words, and crafted materials, we built a marketing experience that didn’t just describe the property but elevated it.
The end result was a brand and campaign that positioned Low Rock View House as truly one of a kind. From the architecturally inspired identity to the coffee table brochure and striking national press adverts, every detail was designed to celebrate the property’s unique qualities and ensure it resonated with discerning buyers.
This project demonstrates the power of considered design in bringing a vision to life, and in this case, it delivered a story as unforgettable as the view itself.
