SEO/PPC Specialist
(Full Time Permanent)

We are looking for an SEO/PPC Specialist with a broad range of skills and experience to perform activities such as: outreach and building relationships online, keyword research and analysis, and maintaining and reporting on SEO/PPC metrics on behalf of clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical knowledge and have solid analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills. Current knowledge of SEO/PPC practices and techniques is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage, monitor and report on SEO/PPC campaigns for client accounts
  • Conduct audits and develop proposals for new and prospecting clients
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Monitor, on an on-going basis, clients’ SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.
  • Provide ongoing support for all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations.
  • Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations.
  • Utilise bid management tools and data modelling to maximise the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
  • Setup and track campaign goals in Google Analytics.
  • Develop and optimise landing pages for search engine quality score.
  • Web development experience is a plus.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in; Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT/computer science or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of search engine optimisation and pay-per click experience.
  • Must have knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Ability to perform research, analyse data and make decisions regarding optimisation approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.


  • Web programming skills are a plus but not required. 
  • Google Adwords Certified.
  • Google Analytics Certified.


Web Developer
(Part-Time Permanent)

We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Part-Time Web Developer.

This exciting opportunity will allow exposure to web projects across a wide range of industries and sectors. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual to join us in our Portadown studio to work primarily with WordPress doing back-end and front-end development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Creating, maintaining and updating WordPress websites
  • Working as part of a team in the delivery of web projects
  • Working directly with clients or an Account Manager to deliver projects on time and budget.


Mandatory Criteria:

  • Portfolio displaying responsive website design
  • Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS (Sass), jQuery
  • Exposure to content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla etc
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and specification for design solutions
  • Great communication and team-working skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
  • 3 years plus hands-on experience in a similar role


Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge of web usability, accessibility & standards
  • A knowledge of new and emerging trends and tools in web design
  • Some understanding of PHP and using it within WordPress projects
  • Experience of leading front-end frameworks such as Foundation & Bootstrap
  • Understanding of UX & UI principles
